About us

Mandy and Andy Blackett established Engraving Studios in 2015. Initially it started out as a family run business from the garden shed to help support the family during Mandy’s maternity leave with their youngest son.

Fast forward and the business is booming with orders worldwide and has moved into a large workshop in the Portrack Lane area of Stockton on Tees. We have a small team but insist that each and every product is manufactured from scratch themselves to ensure the quality that has made us so successful. Unlike a lot of tag companies we can assure our customers that there are no bought in pre made blanks!

The main focus of the business is providing pet owners with deeply engraved, high quality cat and dog identification tags. Our best sellers are the brass tags which are made from scratch in the workshop, but we also offer a range of coloured plastic tags too.

Engraving Studios has since increased its services offering a range of horse name plates for head collars and stable doors as well as a growing range of memorial plaques in a variety of traditional and bespoke shapes and sizes.
