We’ve moved to tracked delivery

We’ve all been in the position where we’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of a package but the delivery date comes and goes with still no sign of it. This has been an ever increasing problem for many with the industrial action from Royal Mail. Parcels which should have taken 24/48 hours to arrive are now (sometimes) taking weeks to arrive, or are getting lost in the huge backlogs which have appeared in distribution centres.

That’s why we decided to move to fully tracked delivery, ensuring that both ourselves and our customers can see where their order is once it’s left our workshop.
