With 2025 drawing to a close, we’re looking back on the last 12 months by sharing our highlights of the year! This past year has been a special one for our business, and we’d like to highlight some of our major milestones and accomplishments this year, all made possible by our wonderful customers.

It’s certainly been an exciting year, whether that’s making exciting investments, reaching new achievements, or seeing all the adventures that you and your pets have been getting up to on socials! Receiving The Shopify 100,000 Order Award

This year came with a significant achievement as we received the Shopify 100,000 Order Award! This means that since transitioning over to Shopify, we’ve been able to fulfil over 100,000 orders, a huge achievement for our business signifying our continuous growth and the enduring trust our customers place in our engraving, which really means a lot to us!

Reaching this milestone is a direct result of our commitment to very high standards of workmanship, achieved through quality materials and the deep engraving techniques we use in every one of our products. We are dedicated to ensuring that every product you receive, whether it’s a hard-wearing dog tag or a memorial plaque, meets our exacting quality standards for long lasting legibility.

Welcoming Peggy - Our Latest Investment!

We’ll soon be welcoming our latest machine, code named ‘Peggy’, which will be arriving at our workshop in Stockton. This investment reinforces our commitment to expanding our offerings, and how we plan to continue fulfilling your engraving needs. 

This exciting investment will not only enhance our production capabilities, but will allow us to launch an expanded range of memorial products. We understand the sentimental value that our products can bring, and this new machinery will allow us to craft even more intricate designs, broadening our offerings for those who wish to honour the fond memories of a loved one. 

Launching Our Affiliate Scheme

Building a strong community is very important to us, which is why this year, we proudly launched our affiliate scheme to partner with other pet-related businesses! We understand that pet groomers, dog walkers, pet shops, and vets are highly trusted and valued by pet owners, and this scheme allows them to offer their clients an exceptional, durable product while creating a new revenue stream.

Celebrating New Beginnings

While investing in technology is important, we’d like to share some more personal accomplishments from our family business. We’d like to share that this year, the following milestones were reached:

• Mandy - 31 years of engraving expertise

• Andy - 28 years of engraving expertise

• Engraving Studios - 12 years in business

But that’s not all… 

This year, we’re delighted to share that our son, Callum, has begun his first year working within the business! It’s an incredibly proud feeling to see the next generation of our family become a part of the team, reinforcing the family ethos and long-term vision that guides our work! Since starting the business from a single machine in our garden, it’s a surreal feeling to now welcome our son to the team at Engraving Studios!

As per The Control of Dogs Order 1992, it is a legal requirement to ensure that (when outdoors) your dog is wearing a collar with your name and address inscribed on it, which is best displayed on a tag.
